c. Delivery Estimates: While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
d. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Returns
a. Returns: Due to the nature of our products and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

In addition to the above-mentioned states, Sacred Rivers Tea Co. LLC will also not conduct sales or ship products to the following specific areas within states:

3. City of Jerseyville, Illinois
4. Ascension Parish, Rapides Parish, East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana

Customers residing in or ordering from the locations specified in this Policy will have their transactions canceled, and any charges will be refunded. Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in the termination of the transaction and possible legal actions.
